HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
Do not wear your jewellery in the shower. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery. Keep items away from chemical substances including hairspray, deodorants, soaps, perfumes and chlorines.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY GOLD PLATED JEWELLERY?
Keep plated items away from chemical substances including hairspray, deodorants, soaps, perfumes and chlorines.
Use a a jewellery polishing cloth to lightly buff the metal and to restore shine to the surface and remove any discolouration.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY STERLING SILVER JEWELLERY?
To store silver, wrap in acid free tissue paper and place in a zip-lock airtight bag to slow down the tarnishing process.
Use a jewellery polishing cloth to lightly buff the metal and to restore shine to the surface.

DO YOU CHARGE VAT?
I don't currently charge VAT on any of my products as I am not VAT registered.
WILL 'OUT OF STOCK' ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that 'out of stock' items will be restocked as it depends on the availability of the metals and gemstones used.

WHAT IF THEY'RE ONE-OFF PIECES?
Some 'out of stock' items are unfortunately one-off pieces that have not yet been taken off the website. HOWEVER - I am working on sourcing similar stones for these items so please follow @hannahrosepickering on Instagram for updates on these items!

FREE delivery is available on all orders in the U.K.!
WHY ARE THE ONLY DELIVERY OPTIONS SIGNED FOR?
Your jewellery is at risk of being left outside your house if delivery doesn't require a signature. This isn't always an issue as sometimes you have a safe place for your parcels to be left. HOWEVER - the packaging used to post your jewellery is almost completely plastic free, so we want to make sure your jewellery isn't at risk of being left in the rain.
WHAT IF I'M NOT GOING TO BE AT HOME?
I understand that this can be an issue so I am currently working on providing alternatives like setting up collection points. In the meantime please feel free to deliver to your workplace or to a friend or family member who will be at home.
ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?
Unfortunately refunds and exchanges are not offered on any earrings due to hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Items are very unlikely to arrive faulty as I check and package them all myself. However, if they haven't survived the journey to your address I am more than happy to refund or repair your jewellery.
Unfortunately I cannot cover postage for returns at this time.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REPAIR?
On the off chance that your item arrives faulty please get in touch here. Let me know how it is damaged and I'll get back to you ASAP.
